All gifts are shipped discreetly in a nondescript cardboard box. The company name which will appear on any credit card statements is "Scandle LLC" Even if your purchase is for Valentine's Day or a wedding anniversary, your significant other will not know what lies inside the box unless it is opened. All your information will be kept confidential and will never be given out under any circumstances. Your name and email address will not be put on any mailing lists.

Shipping Policies

Our warehouse is only open on business days which are Monday through Friday excluding holidays. Orders are only processed on business days. For example, if you place an order at 7PM on Friday night it will not be processed until Monday. In addition, the shipping carriers do not deliver on the weekends.

We do our best to process and ship your order as fast as possible however we can not gurantee when your order will be shipped. We strive to ship your order within 1-2 business days of our daily cut-off time which is 4ET (1PT). We ship orders in the order that they are received. Therefore, if you select express shipping it does not mean that your order will be processed faster it just specifies how the order will be shipped when it does go out. Please note that if you order an item that is out of stock, you will be notified and given the option to put the item on backorder or cancel it.

Return Policies

In the event of a defect, you may only return an unused product with complete packaging within 30 days. We do not accept returns of used products under any circumstances. You can send the item back by any method that you like but we are not responsible for returns that are not sent by a trackable method (i.e., we will not credit for returns sent through the mail that never show up). We recommend that you send it back by UPS, FedEx or Registered Mail (USPS delivery confirmation is not considered to be trackable). Please make sure you include your order number, your RA# (please call us for that), your name, etc... with the return (we can not credit you if we can not figure out who the order belongs to). We will issue you a credit after the return has been received based on the condition the product is in. If you want something else sent please place a new order.

Again, please contact us for a RA# and return address prior to sending out your return.

We do not refund shipping costs.
